Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality control and report any damaged items immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow inventory management systems and label packages correctly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education required—we provide full on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
