Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and shipping deadlines are met.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
