Job Summary
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our warehouse team. As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be operating modern handheld scanners and working within a clean, climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and pallets according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management software to verify inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but no experience required for the right candidate.
- Reliable internet connection if utilizing our remote scheduling tools.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
