As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for selecting products from shelves and preparing them for shipment with the highest level of accuracy. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick tickets.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
