Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and pick lists to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials, ensuring safe transit for all customers.
- Label packages correctly and affix shipping labels and postage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly under pressure.
- Reliable attendance record and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
