Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations organized and clean to maximize efficiency and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order verification.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
