Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Verify order quantities and ensure correct packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
