Responsibilities
- Pick products from inventory shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load shipments onto pallets or conveyors for transportation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
