Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists and work orders.
- Package items securely using cardboard, bubble wrap, and other materials.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing product codes and quantities.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for all team members.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to keep stock levels accurate.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
