Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by training.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read a handheld scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
