Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor using RF scanners and order picking systems.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper wrapping and protection against damage.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto trucks, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
