Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of all outgoing packages.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging quality meets customer standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Keep workstations organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
