Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers (certification provided upon hire).
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
