Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and that products are securely wrapped.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
