Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and damages prior to packing and shipping.
- Label, box, and seal packages according to strict safety and shipping standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
