Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and quality before shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Inspect packages to ensure they are securely sealed and labeled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and backroom organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
