Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to pick tickets with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Label and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Basic reading and computer skills for scanning labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and nights.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
