Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets and work orders.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging is secure for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Label packages accurately and place them on conveyor belts or loading docks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
