Responsibilities
- Scan and pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer pick lists.
- Package and label items securely using appropriate materials for transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure the packing and staging areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high productivity targets and workflow.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as directed by shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn to use handheld scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- No prior warehouse experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
