Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Verify Accuracy: Inspect products for damage and ensure all order specifications are met before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners as trained.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Attention to Detail: Basic math skills and keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and follow basic safety instructions.
