Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety metrics.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to ensure timely distribution.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we train you!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
