Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or quality issues before packing.
- Organize stock in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as required and certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
