Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory systems.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing freight with attention to detail.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and free of hazards to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- License: Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
