Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in warehouse organization and layout improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid forklift certification (CDL not required but a plus).
