Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, checking, and stocking of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including tagging and labeling items.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory levels and order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
