Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and packaging them securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Sort, label, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and barcodes.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
