Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve products from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and ensure accurate documentation of outgoing inventory.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform simple calculations for inventory checks.
- Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in attendance are mandatory.
