Responsibilities
- Locate and select merchandise from shelves and storage areas to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Inspect items for damage and pack them securely using appropriate materials.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Sort, label, and stage packages for shipping and delivery.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to pass a standard background check.
