Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and labels to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks in an efficient and safe manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of following verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
