Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and damages before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock and ensure proper organization of warehouse shelves.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently and assist in maintaining shipping docks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk continuously, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic Skills: Basic reading and writing skills to read labels and follow pick tickets.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
