Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package items securely and accurately according to shipping guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Label packages correctly for domestic and international shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
