Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for defects and damage prior to packaging to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Prepare and label packages according to shipping guidelines and carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
