Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately retrieve items from shelves based on pick tickets and pack them securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before processing.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by tagging and organizing stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts as required by the role.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order verification.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices and basic computer systems.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus.
