As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our distribution center. You will ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, handling a variety of products with care. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners to input data into the inventory management system.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but no experience required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
