Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet packaging standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Sort, label, and prepare merchandise for delivery to ensure timely distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trailers or trucks as needed, ensuring cargo security.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
