Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment for defects and perform routine maintenance checks before shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock against production or shipping records.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets are met during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL not required, but forklift certification is mandatory).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
