Responsibilities
- Picking Orders: Accurately select and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on digital pick lists.
- Packing & Shipping: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper cushioning and labeling for secure transit.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and verify product counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners and forklifts (after certification) when required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets customer requirements.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing items to minimize errors.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic and using a calculator or scanning device.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
