Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and verify items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package and label products securely to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
