Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to strict safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity before finalizing orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
