Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse floor based on digital order lists.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage aisles clean, organized, and safe to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Equipment Handling: Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend or twist safely.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and verifying items.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer interfaces.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
