Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and handheld computers.
- Pack products securely and accurately into boxes or crates for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely when certified.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and a proven record of punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
