Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform regular quality checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
