Responsibilities
- Locate and select merchandise from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy by scanning items and cross-checking digital manifests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods (walking and lifting).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
