Responsibilities
- Select, scan, and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
