Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment based on pick lists and packing slips.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Sort, count, and verify inventory levels using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote requirements apply).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
