Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications and labels.
- Verify product quality and ensure packaging integrity to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process returns and inventory adjustments with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) on concrete floors.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn order processing systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking and packing errors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
