Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or errors before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks according to safety guidelines and schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
