Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety standards.
- Verify product quantities and shipping documents to minimize errors and returns.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks safely and assist with inventory organization.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not always required for this role).
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
