Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from shelves using RF scanners or pick lists to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Label and tag packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
