Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Verify product accuracy and ensure proper labeling on all packages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform light physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and verifying items.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
